Administration Profiles

• AU Base Patient - patient demographic with local identifiers and attributes
• AU Base Practitioner - individual practitioner with local identifiers and attributes
• AU Base Practitioner Role - location based practitioner provider in a role
• AU Base Organisation - responsible legal organisation
• AU Base Healthcare Service - service delivery entity provided by an organisation
• AU Base Device - device with local identifiers
• AU Base Related Person - a related person with local identifiers
• AU Base Location - location with local identifiers

Medications Profiles

• AU Base Medication - medication details with common local coding (AMT, MIMS, GTIN, etc.) and attributes (PBS/RPBS information, etc.)
• AU Base Prescription - prescribing details with common local coding (AMT, MIMS, etc.) and attributes (RBS/RPBS details, grounds for concurrent supply, etc.)
• AU Base Dispense Record - dispensing details with common local coding (AMT, MIMS, GTIN, etc.) and attributes (RBS/RPBS details, grounds for concurrent supply, etc.)
• AU Base Medication Statement - medication history with common local coding (AMT, MIMS, etc.)

• AU Base Condition - condition with local coding for clinical condition, body site and clinical finding.
• AU Base Allergy Intolerance - allergy intolerance with core localisation concepts for Australia.

• AU Base Composition - composition pattern aligned with local CDA requirements
