Certificate Usage

• If NASH certificate is available it SHOULD be used for encryption and signing.
• Vendor certificate allocation written policy statement SHOULD be made avaialble for users of these certificates.
• Vendors are responsible for their directory entries including certificate and identity quality assurance.
