• AU Base Organisation - responsible legal organisation
• AU Base Healthcare Service - service delivery entity provided by an organisation
• AU Base Device - device with local identifiers
• AU Base Related Person - a related person with local identifiers
• AU Base Location - location with local identifiers

Medications Profiles

• AU Base Medication - medication details with common local coding and content
• AU Base Medication Request - prescribing/ordering details with common local coding and content
• AU Base Medication Dispense - dispensing details with common local coding and content
• AU Base Medication Statement - medication history common local coding and content

• AU Base Observation Age - record of age at a point in time

• AU Base Condition - condition with local coding for clinical condition, body site and clinical finding.
