This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in Problem Type - IPS (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/ips/ValueSet/problem-type-uv-ips) and Condition Category Codes (http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/condition-category). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
