Change of title	Michael Legg	Add "and Referral" ie "Australian Diagnostics and Referral Messaging" ... In the Introduction - add content regarding referral and clinical messaging. By changing name to Diagnostics will need to include some diagnostic imaging specific content.
Discussed Russell McDonald's comment		Jared Davison unsure of what Russell meant by his comment "ORC being the first ...". In 4700.6-2006 IT 14-6-6 created something that worked, but was not standard with HL7 International. Hence the document is following AS 4600.6-2006 for backwards compatibility. There is a history of doing these changes which has content in Australia that is significantly different to the content of HL7 International and this document is trying to standardise what is being used before moving forward. Review of Referral profile work	Jared Davison	Jared Davison reviewed Helen Brownbill's comment (in HL7:000004.1). Jared Davison to add "and/or" like the comment above ie same as in the HL7 International standard. → Resolved. Jared Davison reviewed Helen Brownbill's comment (in Results,Referrals). Jared Davison responded to the comment. → Resolved. Jared Davison reviewed Helen Brownbill's comment (Re: MSH-17). Jared Davison updated HL7au:000041. Then changed the optionality MSH-17 and MSH-19 of table to make the optionality from "O" to "R" ie required. Jared Davison responded to Helen Brownbill's comment. Jared Davison reviewed Helen Brownbill's comment (H:7au:00044.1.2). Jared Davison agreed with Helen Brownbill's comment and fixed it. → resolved. Jared Davison reviewed Jared Davison's comment (HL7au:00045.4) which also referred to HL7au:00045.8. Change content of 45.4 to add the word "(parsable)". Comment on 47.1 (hl7au:00047.1) - removed the last note in MSH-16 to ensure acknowledgements are used. Changed "should" to "must" in MSH-16 and MSH-17. HL7au:000104.7: PRD-7 must have atleast one repeat "for providers receiving electronic communication" - content in quotes was added. HL7au:000104.7.1.2 - added the same content as added to HL7au:000104.7 HL7au:000060.6 - some deliberation on what it meant ie "predicate" Found the reference in another HL7 wiki

Action items

David McKillop: to look at last AS 4700.2012 to see what Radiology specific content is missing in the new document eg LSPN's and table the differences.
Jared Davison and Andrew McIntyre to go through Introduction to expand content out to "Pathology, Diagnostic Imaging and Referrals". Need to make clear that it is pathology, but needs to talk about other content as well ie origins in pathology messaging which has been extended to other realms eg Diagnostic Imaging and referrals.
