  • New Timeline:
    • October - Draft ready for targeted external reviewers
    • November - Document ready for Ballot
    • 13 December - Document reviewed by O&O working group and ready for TSC review and Open Ballot
    • January/February - Open for ballot
    • March - Ready to publish

Aiming to have the document completed and reviewed by O&O working group by 13 December. Weekly meetings will continue until 13 December.

The document will then be handed to the TSC WG for comment, before holding an Open ballot (targeting January for Open Ballot).

Michael Legg will write to the Board to inform them that we are aiming for 13 December, and we would like the link distributed for comments.

An appendix will be added to document major changes.

  • Remove site sequence number
  • Decided to leave Insurance and billing in the document
  • PID to be added to Identifer section (Donna Moore and David McKillop)
Conformance points Jared Davison will review and update table so it is human readable and machine readable.
