- URL rewriting is for resource id references and content not business identifiers
- To support GET (read) via federator rewritten URL allows the federator to resolve resources to other sources
- Pre-adopt STU4 Resource.meta.source - metadata information on source of entry; pre-adopting this as an extension
- Future possibility: STU4 Verification result - attributed resource information; verified entries http://build.fhir.org/verificationresult.htmlS
- Raise Tracker: List resource operation like a _history operation on resources referenced by a list
- Hidden entries do exist (silent number)
- Entries obtained from the directory can be identified vs locally created in the client system
- One approach - hidden entries could only be found by routing identifiers - names and other searches would not find
