• To hold over to next meeting the proposal for committee review for AU Core - action on BE & DTR to provide proposal
• Observation resource as pathology panel - 
  • Progressing with request to discuss with O&O Int
  • David / Angus to put notification in Australian channel on zulip when a session / time has been agreed
• Consent to contact (AM/AB/HF):
  • Add proposed approach using CommunicationRequest to Draft Diagnostic Orders IG for exercising at the Connectathon
  • Consider wider use case so that diagnostic approach is an implementation of the agreed approach to share this information, potentially AU Core profile that is then used in the Draft Diagnostic Orders IG
  • Applicability of Consent vs CommunicationRequest - Consent does not have obvious category and code, CommunicationRequest offers doNotPerform - the two resources haver overlapping but different semantics.
  • Noting previous advice (pre-R5) that a new resource Permission would be made available from R5 onwards that may be for this kind of use case
