1. Propose ihi-verified extension would be better with url ihi-verified-date to clarify the type of information (GitHub ticket #706)
2. Inconsistent status wrt FMM level (GitHub ticket #708).  Should all Draft 0 artifacts have status = "draft" and should all FMM 3 artifacts have status = "active"? 
3. Request advice re copyright statement for use of LOINC codes (for use in Observation profiles that have fixedValues for Observation.code using LOINC)

• Agenda item 2: discussed after official close of meeting and a comment was added to GitHub ticket #708 with the proposal is for Draft 0, FMM1 & FMM2 to have a status = draft and FMM 3 and beyond to have status = active.
• Agenda item 3: LOINC copyright statement - discussed with Brett after official close of meeting and a decision was made to go with the current LOINC copyright statement available from https://loinc.org/kb/license/ item 10, subsection 1.
• Agenda item 4: Reviewed and approved as part of JIRA ticket review
