• BE: reviewed the routable extensions addtions to AU Base and usage in PD HealthcareService, PractitionerRole

• LB: review of ANZSIC, ANZSCO
  • semantic versioning not adhered to by ABS (backwards compatibility issues)
  • R4 versions of ANZSCO 1.2.1/2/3 FHIR content updates 
  • Issues with versioning
  • Version specific valueset definition (due to compatibility) 
  • LB terminology Proposal:
    
    • deprecate existing ANZSCO resources
    • version needed = true (concept permanance)
    • instances will need version included wherever used
    • ValueSet includes all versions of CodeSystem
  • RD: proposal for CodeSystem version 20130626.<minor>.<patch>
    • patch, minor: FHIR technical changes; NCTS changes
    • major: ABS release version
    • FHIR versions need to be handled; identical or change (conformance requirements)

Follow up:

• Raise a tracker for timezone extension in core https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-tz-code.html context does not include 'time'; so can not use for things like availableTime for virtual delivery
• HL7 AU Board  - workshop proposals Sex/Gender; SMART Auth profiles for AU
• Routable extensions
  • Complex extension; URI TBD -  routability-flag (boolean), routability-preference (integer), routability-asserter (uri)
  • JD: extensions applied to all slices of identifier
  • BE, JD to have a session on this to draft
• JD: direct service correspondence to a nominated specific individual; HealthcareService extension
• JD: backup delivery person as PractitonerRole extension - HL7 V2 STF
