Minutes:

LB: draft ANZSIC code system to be published - present next time to get feedback; valueset to follow #333
- will discuss NFD - not further defined terms usage
- copyright use okay for FHIR publishing
- no standard versioning scheme in ABS; not conformant versioning scheme - needs some work
- concept permanance is an issue; codes are removed and not formally retired
Next steps to snapshot : BE to snaphot before 28th April

Raise a tracker for timezone extension in core https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-tz-code.html context does not include 'time'; so can not use for things like availableTime for virtual delivery

JD: backup delivery person as PractitonerRole extension - HL7 V2 STF
