• Routable extensions
  • Complex extension; URI TBD -  routability-flag (boolean), routability-preference (integer), routability-asserter (uri)
  • PD: extensions applied to all slices of identifier
  • BE, PD to have a session on this to draft
• Timezone propose - agency
  • Extension on time datatype as CodeableConcept  for each of availableStartTime; availableEndTime
  • Use https://www.iana.org/time-zones as codesystem as per https://www.hl7.org/fhir/valueset-timezones.html
  • Define valueset for Australian timezones - with content reference https://build.fhir.nhsd.healthdirect.org.au/ValueSet-valueset-au-timezone.html

• AGENCY: Review all valueset references to NCTS make FHIR IG valuesets - priortise this to SRA scope 
• BE: action ticket for Address identifier at international; for WGM; missed my window here will follow up with BP
• JD: direct service correspondence to a nominated specific individual; HealthcareService extension
• JD: backup delivery person as PractitonerRole extension - HL7 V2 STF
• BE: put PD POC changes in a github issues and work on the changes in CI build of PD spec; review next time
