- Proposal: AU Base HealthcareService.specialty bind to new valueset (Preferred) including https://healthterminologies.gov.au/fhir/ValueSet/practitioner-role-1 + http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/valueset-c80-practice-codes.html
  - can NCTS clarify this usage Cardiologist/Cardiology as specialty 223366009 / 394658006 - like to include social
Language binding - new version to fix some issues
- national register of interpreters - defines >200 languages
- proposed version 2 set with coverage - out end of February
- NHSD gap analysis on usage coverage
- agree we should use it when published

As a follow up regarding the Common Languages in Australia:

Of the five Australian Indigenous languages proposed for inclusion in BCP but were not registered (response was that these were considered ‘dialects’ not languages), the language codes they are expected to be coded as are listed below:

Galpu: dhg (https://collection.aiatsis.gov.au/austlang/language/n139)
Guyamirrilili: dwu (https://collection.aiatsis.gov.au/austlang/language/n103)
Thaynakwith: gwm (https://iso639-3.sil.org/sites/iso639-3/files/change_requests/2011/2011-137.pdf)
Tjupany: ntj (https://wangka.com.au/about-languages/tjupan/; https://www.atsida.edu.au/archive/language-groups/tjupany)
Keerray-Woorroong: no information available relating to which language this belongs. We have requested clarification from ISO and we can add at a later

We are still tracking down the appropriate code to use for Keerray-Woorroong and are waiting on a response from ISO.

Any additional languages that would be worth adding to this value set can be identified and we can submit a request to include those in a future release.
