Legal context considerations

- individual patient entity from birth
- information moved to individual record after birth
- pre-birth data moved to individuals record

needs to support - multiple birth

MB

Gender/Sex
- sophisticated coding may be needed
- at birth genetic differences vs social supported in recording
- social - is administrative record Patient.gender
- genetic - observation in the record; supporting records etc.

CR?

Need to consider
* Mother witholding information e.g smoking through pregnancy
* would not be recorded in child record (original record)
* observation can be supported by child record to pregnancy related history at a later point

FamilyMemberHistory - could bring in information from biological parents; context

Comments:

Hi Brett - I've shared the content that I have on the Child Digital Health record harmonisation CHR Harmonisation Report Melbourne 23 May 2018 (V0.07) 28May18.pdf. I'm not sure if this task was supposed to be attributed to me, or Frances, but would certainly appreciate a discussion at the next meeting about the contents.
