- HealthcareService.specialty - will be Extensible and bound to http://hl7.org.au/fhir/ValueSet/snomed-healthcareservice-services use NCTS to add to SNOMED-CT AU; also can include other codes into ValueSet as agreed (other hierarchies)
- Jaco: HealthcareService.type - ANZSIC + extra concepts; NHSD/Argus use something like this http://hl7.org/fhir/stu3/codesystem-service-type.html
