      • Proposal: remove AHPRA from Practitioner.identifier as a individual can be multiple; they will be held in Practitioner.qualification - Jaco, Second: Angus For: 5 Against: 0 Abstain: 0
      •  Draft up combined ANZSIC type (Organization, HealthcareService)
