SB provided a summary of the NCDHC
RTO queried whether whether the NCDHC would be focussing on questionnaires? NCDHC participants clarified that it would be less about questions and answers, more about actual assessments. It was noted that key information is not in the book e.g. birth records are not in the book.
Focus to be more on critical observations and well as questions and answers.
