- Rob: a query about the Care Agency Employee Identifier slice within the PractitionerRole profile?
On deeper inspection, a Care Agency Employee may author some consumer documents for the MyHealthRecord, such as an advance care document etc (see here). But this identifier is only in PractitionerRole identifier slices not the Practitioner profile. The base composition resource does not include PractitionerRole as a type option for the author element, but does allow Practitioner and RelatedPerson etc.
I cannot recall any specifics / background for this identifier - any suggestions as to how to get around this?
- NATA number confirmation: URL selection
Postponed NATA number + HealthcareService timezone pub until after 2nd March
ANZSIC Organisation.type slices - two level
Minutes
- Propose: AHPRA registration number should exist in in Practitioner.qualification; repeating and related to specialty - Brett proposes; Brian second - For: 8, Against: 0, Abstain: 0
- Further input needed on AHPRA registration number as Practitioner.identifier
- Connectathon: some issues with touchstone; some issues with PD IG pub
- On Rob's comment Care Agency Employee - look to extension for pre-adoptions of STU4 Composition.author
suggest http://hl7.org.au/fhir/StructureDefinition/composition-author-practitionerrole as resource Reference in context of composition; and advise Compoistion.author should be filled with associate practitioner refererence; and this extension can include the role details; this would translate to Composition.author as Reference(PractitionerRole) in STU4
Action items
- Brett: add extension http://hl7.org.au/fhir/StructureDefinition/composition-author-practitionerrole as resource Reference in context of composition
- Brett: add draft - AU base Composition profile using composition-author-practitionerrole
- Brett: look at registry.fhir.org + simplifier for profile pub
- Brian: talk to NCTS folks re PA terminology publication
- Brett: follow up with NCTS on HL7 Australia ontoserver install
- Brian: follow up Tz database CodeSystem allocation with PA WG hl7.org
- Jaco + Brian + Jared: look at timezone extension for HealthcareService.availabilityTime
