  • Terminology discussions agency:
    • Proposal for HL7 AU to host Onto-server instance for all terminologies produced/referenced
    • NCTS has noted an issue with METEOR referencing and versioning; they are investigating a general solution  (i.e. URL changes)
    • NCTS to host ANZIC and ANZSCO references; URL changes 
    • NCTS has agreed in principle to support distribution of other terminologies created from HL7 AU
    • Specialty roles additions to SNOMED-CT AU as needed accepted and assessed by NCTS to be published in release cycle; need a process to generate these; submission request form already exists
  • Request to look at Child Health related FHIR modelling as a project (Tim Blake + NSW Health) - birth records + observations + immunisation record; part in scope for PA
  • Argonaut Australia to kick off - note external annoucement in Pulse IT - much new interest already from jurisdictions + others
  • HL7 Event dates/locations tentatively organised; 4 main events for the year. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide
  • Plans for publications depending on Base AU
    • Static build for end of Feb; propose putting to ballot with HL7 AU formal feedback; for AU Base 1.0 release
    • Dependency of Agency Medicare Immunization + Consent project

  • Rob: CI drafting ns.electronic.health narrative for id URLs
  • Jared: domains need to be maintained (at least continued ownership); HL7 AU uses the content and can manage a definition publication
  • Reviewed identifier URL discussion with agency. 
  • Moved by Brett; 2nd Jared:  use ns.electronic.health  → medicare-number, medicare-provider-number, dva ,medicare-prescriber-number,  medicare-customer-reference-number; use hl7,org.au → ahpra-registration-number, npio, abn, acn, arbn.  For-6, Against-0, Abstain-0
  • Moved by Brett; 2nd Jaco;  for future namespace cannonical URI systems shall be allocated in hl7.org.au unless ns.electronic.health domain owners are willing to list on request; identifier assigner/codesystem maintainer will be notified by WG. For-6, Against-0, Abstain-0
  • NCTS looking at MeTEOR referencing and versioning; need to complete the discussion by next meeting we should make a decision then
  • Jared: we could do a MeTEOR reference with a well known name and redirect.

Action items

      • Rob: make comment on minutes with a list of core extensions that would be good to identify for use in AU
      • Rob : ask Phil Wilford to come to PA WG
      • Brian: follow up Tz database CodeSystem allocation with PA WG hl7.org
      • Brett: talk to Grahame Grieve about sytem url allocation

Regarding the first motion above re ns.electronichealth namespaces, the 5 new namespaces have now been registered:

Draft narrative content to be reviewed at the next PAWG meeting, 28 Feb 2018 - seeking ratification / suggestions for improvements etc.
