ONC + Argonaut Directories Project running overseas; Brian Postlethwaite working with both. ONC want HL7 published implementation guide.
Agency project work up directories FHIR implementation guide
SMD working group - agency, vendors, SMD + EMR.
Info from Jared Davison Plan for federated directories model; SMD vendors maintain their customer directories; identifiers HPI-I, HPI-O, provider numbers, vendor allocated

Eric Browne mentioned the National Referral Architecture
NHSD working on consumer based interfaces; SMD directories project focussed on healthcare provider to other healthcare providers; Eric Browne note consumer messaging is not being considered
Jared Davison agency SMD project is scope limited; which affects the outputs - focus on GPs, Specialists and Allied Health; Eric Browne note hospital inbound referrals space is a complex area
End result is implementation rather than a specification
Jared Davison extensions will be a part of the requirement
26th May Connectathon Event; Brett Esler run through of scope; highlight the IG page; timelines for lock down for event last week of May;

Brett Esler and Brian Postlethwaite to draft the request letter to ADHA requesting contribution to building an IG for Patient Administration resources to support other project/profile work in progress and bring to the next call on the 15th for review.
