- NHSD working on consumer based interfaces; SMD directories project focussed on healthcare provider to other healthcare providers; Eric Browne note consumer messaging is not being considered
- Jared Davison agency SMD project is scope limited; which affects the outputs - focus on GPs, Specialists and Allied Health; Eric Browne note hospital inbound referrals space is a complex area
- End result is implementation rather than a specification

Action items
Brett Esler and Brian Postlethwaite to draft the request letter to ADHA requesting contribution to building an IG for Patient Administration resources to support other project/profile work in progress and bring to the next call on the 15th for review.

Follow-up on National e-Referral Architecture: Victoria DHHS and NEHTA/ADHA started in April 2016 a $3.1M program for piloting an e-referral solution in 2? Local Health Districts/PHNs. This program referred to a National e-Referral Architecture developed by NEHTA.
