Decided given the smaller attendee list to cover more general topics than the pre-planned agenda.
In future to try encourage better participation at the conclusion of each meeting discuss potential agenda for the following call (not actual content, but topic/subject and request for presentations).
How do things relate to other activities in the International space, such as the
Other types of data will be Bed numbers.
The international registry can be found here. Specifically the DAF, Argonaut and HSPC.
How would things like "a Papua New Guinea patient that has a Medicare number, but isn't in a treaty village" be represented (In the Qld context this is important to funding).
Other data such as Drivers license, but at present we are actually focusing on representing the "basics" so that we can then extend into the more complex data elements.
Can we send a request to Organisations to request what information that they would like to be sharing between systems?
(This can extend on the work previously done in AS4700.1, and potentially the content in the my health record too)
Not everything is going to be able to be identified up front, and that's ok/expected, however need a mechanism/process for extending and transitioning content from local to the appropriate place for the extension definition.
Proposed agenda for next meeting:
- Review the flyer/page for the process/guidance to get buy-in from other Organisations to contribute/get involved as they need to, and bring in work
- Brainstorm discussion on possible needs - Admissions (patient/encounter), Directory data (organizations, locations & practitioners)
